Central Strong is a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning Program designed specifically for athletes in the greater Central City area. This program helps young athletes develop strength, proper movement, and athletic confidence in a safe and structured environment.ย ย
ย Program Dates:ย June 3 โ July 24
ย Training Days:ย Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
ย Male Session: 3โ4 PM
ย Female Session: 4โ5 PM
ย Group 1: Incoming 5thโ6th Graders
ย Group 2: Incoming 7thโ8th GradersGroups train at the same time, in separate areas, with age-appropriate programming.
