Birth Certificates can be turned in to the head coach, front office or emailed to BHargroder@centralcss.org
The “New Athlete LHSAA Packet” should be filled out by students who have not yet participated in a high school sport at CHS; Incoming freshmen, new to CHS students, or students who have never filled out this packet previously.
The “Returning Athlete LHSAA Packet” should be filled out by student-athletes who have previously submitted their full LHSAA Packet.
